MOTUL RBF 700 BRAKE FLUID

USE
Motul RBF (Racing Brake Fluid) 700 is a high-performance brake fluid developed to have a braking force
extraordinary and effective in resisting the extreme temperatures generated in ceramic or carbon competition brakes,
allowing less airflow for cooling.
It can also be used with conventional steel discs.
For all types of hydraulic brake and clutch actuators.
Motul RBF 700 exceeds the requirements of the DOT 4 standard and can therefore be used on high-performance road vehicles.

SPECIFICATIONS: FMVSS 116 DOT 4
Extreme strength and thermal stability:
Very high boiling point (336°C), higher than conventional fluids DOT 5.1 (260°C min.) and DOT 4 (230°C min.)
It allows effective braking even under extreme conditions.
Allows for better aerodynamic performance by reducing the airflow required for brake cooling
On the cars.
Efficient in rainy weather:
The very high wet boiling point (205°C), which is higher than conventional non-silicone DOT 5.1 brake fluids (180°C
min.) and DOT 4 (155°C min.), allows an efficient braking level even in humid conditions.
Brake fluids tend to absorb moisture from the air, which reduces the boiling point and increases the risk of the
“vapor-lock” phenomenon.
The wet boiling point is measured by wetting the product with about 3 percent water.

RECOMMENDATIONS
Do not mix with polyglycol-based brake fluids.
Do not mix with silicone fluids (DOT 5 silicone base) or mineral fluids (LHM).
Store the product in the original packaging, tightly closed, in order to prevent moisture absorption.
Harsh chemical, avoid contact with hands and paints.
In case of direct skin contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
