This exclusive kit is designed and manufactured by Gabro Racing Team for the Aprilia RS660. It offers variable-height velocity stacks (intake ducts) designed to deliver more power in both the mid-range and peak powerbands. They are made in two parts: the upper section is 3D-printed, and the lower section is made of aluminum. They operate in ‘long’ configuration to improve torque in the low and mid-range, and when the engine reaches 9500 RPM, the upper section automatically lifts, switching to the ‘short’ configuration to enhance top-end power
Gabro Racing’s variable velocity stacks are the result of extensive testing, with multiple prototypes refined through dyno testing. The final product consists of a fixed part on the airbox made of 6082 aluminum alloy to ensure durability and perfect fit. The movable part of the ducts is made of plastic using 3D printing to precisely replicate the required profile
These variable-height stacks work with the UpMap ECU system, allowing users to load specific maps based on their Aprilia’s intake and exhaust setup. The actuation of the variable geometry stacks is directly controlled by the stock ECU. The kit also includes a GRT coupon worth €168 to download and install the dedicated map for free.
