This aluminum washer is found on the engine oil drain plug of all Aprilia RSV4 models produced from 2009 to 2024 and all Aprilia Tuono V4 models produced from 2011 to 2024. When the engine oil is replaced, it is recommended to replace the old washer and tighten the plug according to the instructions in the workshop manual. In our service kits, where applicable, the aluminum washer is always included.

The replacement of the drain washer Rsv4 or the drain washer Tuono V4 for the engine oil drain plug is recommended with every service of your Aprilia. The torque for tightening the engine oil pan plug must comply with what is specified in your motorcycle’s workshop manual.
